MONTHLY IRRIGATION MAINTENANCE SERVICE
ITEMS CHECKED MONTHLY FOR OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS
  • Check for broken or damaged heads
  • Check for adjustments of rotors - both distance and arc(adjust rotors, check for over spray on the windows and sidewalks)
  • Check for dry spots and inadequate watering
  • Check and adjust all flow controls on electric valves, solenoids and values adjust to 2 1/2 to 7 turns down
  • Raise all sprinklers on an as needed basis
  • Run all zones for buildings and common areas Assure 100% coverage for all landscape materials
  • Reset time clocks according to rain fall throughout the year, adhering to all city and county restrictions
  • Adjust sprinkler heads and clean cloged nozzles on an as needed basis When needed, cut grass away from sprinkler heads
  • Put month balls clocks on an as needed basis
  • Check rain sensor to see if installed and working properly and set to 1/4” close both vents for total sun, open vents for partial sun and open both vents for total shade areas
  • Will note on ticket any areas of yeard where grass or plants are not healthy becuase of disease and not from lack of water
  • Check and inspect all 24 volt solenoids @ controller and replace if necessary on an as needed basis (Use Ohm Meter)
